Our pricing reflects the time, care and genuine support we offer to everyone we work with. We’ll always take time to explain the options, listen to what’s important to you, and create the funeral that’s right for your person and your people.
Tailored to you
There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all funeral. Some people want something simple and quiet; others want an immersive and ceremonial farewell. Many want something in between. Whatever you choose, we’ll shape the practical details around your needs and values.
Our flexible services come in many shapes and sizes. Our example funerals give you a realistic idea of our prices – but each one starts with a conversation, and grows from there.
We can support you to explore many ways to personalise the funeral. From working out how to best represent your person — making them vivid on the day — to considering the needs of those attending any gathering.
Our prices
Choosing to work with us will always mean an exemplary level of care throughout the process. Whatever the circumstance, we will do all we can to ensure the experience is the best it possibly can be.
Our fees reflect the thought, time and emotional labour which goes into:
- Planning and guiding you throughout the process
- Taking care of your person with gentleness and dignity
- Managing logistics, bookings, and legal paperwork
- Providing experienced people on the day of the funeral
- Coordinating with third parties on your behalf
- Being available when you need us, from first contact to final goodbyes
- We work hard behind the scenes so that everything feels seamless on the day.
Third-party costs
Some of the costs for a funeral could be described as ‘municipal’: crematorium or burial fees, or the cost of a burial plot, or the hire of a ceremonial space. These are paid by us on your behalf to the council or burial ground. We’ll always pass these on to you at cost.
When we source items or services for you, we charge a handling fee to cover the time taken to procure the items and ensure that everything meets our standards. Handling fees are applied to items and services such as coffins, urns, flowers, venue hire, catering and hired transportation.
Flexibility and honesty
We’re here to work with your budget, not against it. If you have a limit or target cost in mind, we’ll help you understand what’s possible within that amount. We always look for the simplest, most cost effective plan which meets your needs and ideas. We’ll never pressure you to add anything that doesn’t feel meaningful or necessary to you.
We understand that sometimes circumstances are complicated – emotionally, practically, or financially. If you need to adapt things to make them more manageable, we’ll always do our best to find a way.
Clear estimates, no surprises
Once we’ve talked through your wishes, we’ll send you a detailed, itemised estimate. You’ll see exactly what’s included and what it costs. If anything changes along the way, we’ll update it – and we’ll never make a change without your consent.
